we from codecentric would like to introduce us. Our roots in Germany were founded over 15 years ago. Today we are part of a group with over 550 employees, 15 locations and hundreds of customers. Last ten years we were also busy founding development centers in Serbia (Novi Sad) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (Banja Luka and Doboj). Analog to the German locations we heavily invested in the local tech scene, be it in hosting meet-ups, organizing the coding-Serbia or sharing our knowledge via conferences or our blog.

We have grown to over 100 employees in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, work on great projects, developed our first large client, have the best colleagues and live in beautiful offices.

But we still decided, something has to change...

We have grown locally so significantly, that we decided to build our own presence in the international market (EMEA), rebrand and acquire our own clients.

This is why we need your help. On the one hand, you need to ensure that under the new brand we continue to attract top talents. With our new customers, we also need to hire new roles with specialized skill sets. If this sounds like your cup of tea - then we need to talk!

We have a strong presence in the local tech community in which we invested heavily over the last years. So you do not need to start from scratch. We also encourage you to extend our position in the local employment markets, but it is also a requirement that you maintain or increase the value of the brand.

We expect that your efforts will lead to wider brand recognition and that you will actively support the transition to the new brand. We also need to see an increase in the frequency of qualified job applications. We are considering active engagement in social networks, local events, job platforms and also to non-traditional real-life events - we can tell you more about this during your interview. We are hoping that you can guide us, in the best mix of activities and that you deliver your own creative ideas.

You will have a whole host of colleagues from different departments you will need to interact with. Together with Senior Management, you will define the future roles and personas we need to attract. Our HR coaches will be your partner to fine-tune the messages to improve the number of qualified leads. Our Community Managers are our anchors into the local communities and will appreciate your collaboration. Finally, you will own your own estate in the new brand and internet presence and will work with our General Marketing, that we address both customers and future colleagues.

We expect you to understand our core strategy, adapt it to the mutually agreed upon marketing activities, delegate any necessary activities - yet claiming responsibility for the delivered outcome. We have a very strong hands-on approach across the entire company.
